If you've seen the news lately, everybody is talking about the nutrition professor that essentially reduced his bodyweight while following what has been called "The Twinkie Diet"... obviously you can see why this is controversial. It gets back to the old food quality vs quantity argument.

Personally, I'm such a strong advocate of healthy natural unprocessed foods, that this topic is disheartening to see mainstream media advocating, particularly because long term risks of junk food such as cancer risk were not considered.

Anyway, I was going to prepare a detailed article on this topic, but my respected colleague Tom Venuto did such a good job with the article below, that I wanted to share it with you. Read on...
