As I'm sure you've heard me talk about a hundred times before, one of the MOST important aspects to being able to maintain a low bodyfat percentage year-round has to do with how much lean muscle that you carry on your body.

The more lean muscle you have, the more you "amp up" your metabolism, and the easier it is to "lean out" whenever you want.

My good friend, and muscle building expert, Vince Delmonte just came out with a new program that involves some very unique cycling methods that you can use to build muscle MUCH faster than with just a standard training program...

In fact, with their test subjects that they used for this new technique, they saw some people build 12 lbs of muscle in 21 days... pretty powerful stuff!
